A very simple caramel icing recipe that can be added to any banana cake recipe

Ingredients:

60g/ 2oz butter
1 ½  cups icing sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons sour cream

Method:

Melt butter and sugar in saucepan, stir constantly over heat without boiling for 2 minutes.

Add sour cream, bring to the boil, remove from heat, and stir in sifted icing sugar.
