Banana Cake

A very simple banana cake recipe that is easy to make. Great for the kids! |

Ingredients: 8 oz SR flour Method: Cream sugar and butter, add well beaten eggs, add sifted flour. Mash bananas well and add. Lastly dissolve bi-carbonate of soda in milk and mix in until smooth batter is formed. Bake in sandwich tins for about 30 minutes in a moderate preheated oven (180°C/ 350°F). Top with icing flavoured with mashed bananas and lemon juice. |
